Two ways to keep a big group together
Sugar Haven Villas and Twin Tides Villas each pair two villas side by side. Take both and the group gets separate front doors, two kitchens and two private pools, close enough to share every meal. The combined listings only show dates when both villas are free.
Eagles' Base and Surfers' Paradise, in Mount Irvine, are single estates. Eagles' Base has nine en-suite bedrooms and sleeps up to 36 guests, and Surfers' Paradise has six bedrooms and sleeps up to 31, with an optional private apartment, subject to availability, for up to five more. Plantation View, next door to Eagles' Base, has five bedrooms for up to 14 guests, and the two can be taken together for up to 54.
How group pricing works at the estates
At Eagles' Base and Surfers' Paradise the nightly rate covers a first group of guests, 12 at Eagles' Base and 14 at Surfers' Paradise, and each additional guest is a set price per night, up to 36 at Eagles' Base and 31 at Surfers' Paradise. You pay for the headcount you bring, and the villa page shows the total once you enter your dates and number of guests. Both take a minimum stay of two nights.
Maximum occupancy includes pull-out beds, bunk beds and sofa beds. The most comfortable stay is at standard bed capacity.
Weddings, reunions and retreats
Small events are welcome at Sugar Haven Villas with prior arrangement and payment at the time of booking. Eagles' Base and Surfers' Paradise are built for weddings, corporate retreats and celebrations, and Eagles' Base events are booked as the Full Estate with its cottage for up to 40 guests. Twin Tides Villas and Villa Arizia do not permit events, parties or loud music.
Celebration décor is available at every property, groceries can be stocked before you arrive, and a rental car can be waiting at the airport. Tell us what you are planning when you enquire.

Yes. Every villa has a kitchen, and the Mount Irvine estates have outdoor dining terraces for larger tables. You can also arrange groceries before you arrive.
