About This Property
Sugar Haven Villas is a pair of twin villas side by side in the gated Silver Palms community of Bon Accord. Taken together they give a larger group six air-conditioned bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two private pools, while every family or couple still has a front door of its own.
It is the property we recommend most often for reunions, milestone birthdays and friends travelling together: close enough to share every meal, separate enough that nobody has to share a bathroom with twenty people. Small events are welcome here with prior arrangement, and occasion décor can be set up before you arrive.

Through the gate, and the island exhales
The drive ends at a private gate in Silver Palms, a palm tree standing guard over the driveway. Behind it, the noise of the road falls away. Park up, drop the bags, and the first decision of the holiday is simply which door to walk through.
02 · AfternoonA pool that belongs to you alone
Each Sugar Haven villa has its own private pool, ringed by bright loungers that catch the afternoon sun. Nobody to share it with, no towels on sunbeds at dawn. Children splash, adults read, and someone always volunteers to fetch the next round of drinks.
03 · EveningCook, grill, gather
The kitchen is fully equipped, with navy cabinets and granite counters, so market-day fish and fresh bread become dinner without fuss. Fire up the BBQ grill, eat outdoors as the heat drops, and let the conversation run as long as it needs to.
04 · NightThree bedrooms, full of colour
Every bedroom is air-conditioned and each has its own personality, from a bold red headboard to bright green linens and a playful orange and teal twin room the children will claim first. Cool, quiet, and ready for a deep island sleep.

Prices shown in US$ at 1 USD = TT$7; bookings are invoiced in TT$. Nightly prices can vary by date: choose a configuration to see each night's price on the booking calendar. Any current promotion is applied automatically in your quote. The combined rate is simply both villas' nightly rates added together, TT$1,600-1,800 each. Rates are indicative and confirmed at the time of enquiry, as they vary by season. A queen-size blow-up mattress for 2 additional guests is available for an extra $200 per night.
House Rules
- No cooking with the air conditioning running; please open the windows instead.
- Turn off AC units and electrical items when leaving the villa.
- Small events are welcome with prior arrangement and payment at the time of booking.
- No smoking inside the villas.
- Pets are not permitted unless agreed with management in advance.
Good to Know
- Check-in & check-out
- Times vary by property and are confirmed before arrival. Early check-in is TT$400 before 12pm or TT$200 after; late check-out is TT$200 before 2pm or TT$400 after, subject to availability.
- Deposit & balance
- A 50% deposit within 72 hours of confirmation secures your dates. The balance is due 21 days before arrival; stays booked within 21 days are paid in full.
- Damage deposit
- Equal to one night's rate for your chosen configuration, refunded within five working days of check-out after inspection.
- Cancellations
- Bookings are non-refundable, but you can rebook the same accommodation (or sometimes another property) within six months at no extra charge.
- Arrival
- Directions and gate access are sent once your booking is confirmed; call our team or housekeeper on arrival and we'll meet you in.
- Payment
- By bank transfer to our TT$ or US$ Scotiabank accounts or our Republic Bank TT$ account. Nothing is charged on this website.
Location
Bon Accord, south-west Tobago
Bon Accord sits in the flat, easy-going south-west of the island, the part of Tobago most visitors fall for first. It's residential and quiet after dark, yet the island's best-known beaches, its airport and most of its restaurants are a short drive away, so days can be as busy or as lazy as you like without long journeys in between.
- A.N.R. Robinson International Airport. Minutes away, so arrival day starts at the pool rather than on the road.
- Pigeon Point Heritage Park. Tobago's postcard beach, with its thatched jetty and calm, shallow water.
- Store Bay. A lively public beach famous for its crab and dumpling and local food stalls.
- Buccoo Reef & the Nylon Pool. Glass-bottom boat trips to the reef and a waist-deep sandbar in the middle of the sea.
- Sunday School, Buccoo. The island's Sunday-night street party with steelpan, food and music.
- Mt Irvine Bay. A quieter beach for snorkelling, surf in season, and sunset.
