Nightly prices on each villa page follow the dates you choose, so pick your dates on the booking calendar to see the full price before you send a request.
If your dates are not showing as free, ask us. Calendars change as bookings are confirmed or released, and we can tell you what is realistic.
A base for the whole group
Sugar Haven Villas and Twin Tides Villas each pair two villas side by side, and the Mount Irvine estates sleep up to 36 guests, so a big group can stay under one arrangement. Smaller groups have single villas with three or four bedrooms and a private pool.
Check each villa's house rules before you book: events, parties and loud music are allowed at some properties with prior arrangement and not at others.
Sort the practical parts early
Carnival weekend is busy, so arrange the practical parts in advance.

It varies by property. Eagles' Base and Surfers' Paradise are built for celebrations, Sugar Haven Villas welcomes small events with prior arrangement, and Twin Tides Villas and Villa Arizia do not permit events, parties or loud music.
