About This Property
Surfers' Paradise sits directly beside Mount Irvine's famous surf break, with easy sand access to the beach and ocean views from the pool deck. It has six en-suite bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private pool, a jacuzzi and some of the best sunsets on the island.
The villa accommodates up to 31 guests, with extra beds included in that total. For villa guests, the private Surfers' Apartment can be added for up to five more, bringing the combined capacity to 36. The apartment is not available on its own.
A sister property to Eagles' Base, Surfers' Paradise offers a beachfront take on Tobago's luxury villa experience. It suits weddings, surf retreats and groups, and a chef, transfers and charters can be arranged to go with the stay.

01 · ArrivalBeside the break
The villa looks down onto Mount Irvine Bay, with easy sand access and the surf break right beside the property. From the terrace, red chairs face the beach and the line of palms along it.
02 · AfternoonA pool, a jacuzzi and the bay
The pool deck is wide and sunny, with loungers set out beside the pool and a raised jacuzzi at one end. Ocean views run the length of the deck, and the water is the only thing that cools the afternoon.
03 · EveningOpen-plan living, beachside dining
Inside, the stone-walled living and dining area opens to the garden, and a beachside outdoor dining terrace keeps the whole group at one table. Come sunset, the pool deck is the place to be.

Four-poster beds, bunk rooms and a loft-style room for a crowd give the villa its range. Need more beds? The private Surfers' Apartment, subject to availability, takes up to five more guests, for a combined capacity of 36.

Any current promotion is applied automatically in your quote. The base rate includes the first 14 guests and 6 bedrooms. Each additional guest is charged per night, up to 31 guests in the villa. The private Surfers' Apartment can be added for villa guests only, taking the total to 36, subject to availability: ask us for a quote. The apartment is not available on its own. Two-night minimum.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the villa.
- Pets are not permitted unless approved by management in writing before arrival.
- The Surfers' Apartment is for villa guests only, is subject to availability and cannot be booked on its own.
- Weddings and events are welcome with prior arrangement. Please tell us about your plans when you enquire.
Good to Know
- Check-in & check-out
- Times vary by property and are confirmed before arrival. Early check-in is TT$400 before 12pm or TT$200 after; late check-out is TT$200 before 2pm or TT$400 after, subject to availability.
- Deposit & balance
- A 50% deposit within 72 hours of confirmation secures your dates. The balance is due 21 days before arrival; stays booked within 21 days are paid in full.
- Damage deposit
- Equal to one night's rate for your chosen configuration, refunded within five working days of check-out after inspection.
- Cancellations
- Bookings are non-refundable, but you can rebook the same accommodation (or sometimes another property) within six months at no extra charge.
- Arrival
- Directions and gate access are sent once your booking is confirmed; call our team or housekeeper on arrival and we'll meet you in.
- Payment
- By bank transfer to our TT$ or US$ Scotiabank accounts or our Republic Bank TT$ account. Nothing is charged on this website.
Location
Mount Irvine, on Tobago's south-west coast
Mount Irvine rises above one of Tobago's best-loved bays on the island's south-west coast. Down at the water there is a wide sandy beach and a surf break that draws surfers in season, while up the hill the air is cooler, the views are long, and on a clear day Trinidad's Northern Range shows on the horizon. It is a quiet, residential corner of the island with the beaches, restaurants and airport all within a short drive. The drive times below are approximate.
- Mount Irvine Bay. The beach and surf break just below the hill, with sand for swimming and waves for surfers in season. Steps from Surfers' Paradise, and about 8 minutes' drive from the hilltop villas.
- Mount Irvine Golf Course. About 5 minutes' drive. Eagles' Base and Surfers' Paradise are also about 5 minutes from each other.
- Pigeon Point Heritage Park. Tobago's postcard beach, with its thatched jetty and calm, shallow water. About 10 minutes' drive.
- Store Bay. A lively public beach famous for its crab and dumpling and local food stalls. About 10 minutes' drive.
- Buccoo Reef & the Nylon Pool. Glass-bottom boat trips to the reef and a waist-deep sandbar in the middle of the sea.
- Sunday School, Buccoo. The island's Sunday-night street party with steelpan, food and music.
- A.N.R. Robinson International Airport. About 15 minutes' drive, so arrival day starts at the villa rather than on the road.
