Which villas have their own pool
Both Sugar Haven villas and both Twin Tides villas have a private pool each, so a group taking a pair of villas gets two. Villa Arizia has a private pool terrace and an upstairs balcony over the water. Eagles' Base has an infinity pool that merges with the horizon, and Surfers' Paradise has a private pool and a jacuzzi on a deck facing the sea, and Plantation View has a private pool and spa among tropical gardens with sea views.
To be clear about the exception: Tropicbird Townhouse, in the hills of Mason Hall, shares a community pool within the Forest Hills Villas development rather than having one of its own.
Choosing the right pool villa
The right pool depends on who is coming.
- Families and small groups: a single Sugar Haven or Twin Tides villa, each with three or four bedrooms and its own pool
- Two families or a larger party: Sugar Haven Villas or Twin Tides Villas booked together, with two pools and separate front doors
- Couples and friends who want views: Villa Arizia's pool terrace, or the infinity pool at Eagles' Base
- Weddings, retreats and big celebrations: Eagles' Base (up to 36 guests) or Surfers' Paradise (up to 31, or 36 with its apartment), or Eagles' Base with Plantation View next door for up to 54

Which Tobago villas have a private pool?+
Both Sugar Haven villas, both Twin Tides villas, Villa Arizia, Eagles' Base Villa, Surfers' Paradise Villa and Plantation View Villa each have their own private pool. Tropicbird Townhouse has a community pool at Forest Hills Villas in Mason Hall.
Is the pool shared with other guests?+
No. At the private-pool villas the pool is yours alone for the length of your stay. Only Tropicbird Townhouse uses a shared community pool.
